We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented full-time administrator in Norrköping for one of our clients. The position is suitable for you who thrive in an administrative role and want to work in a varied job with many points of contact.

About the position

As an administrator, you have a central role in the organization and are responsible for ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. You work closely with colleagues and contribute to supporting the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming inquiries via phone and email
  • Administrative support to managers and employees
  • Registration, documentation, and archiving
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Updating internal systems and registers
  • Preparation of simple reports and summaries
Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative work is an advantage
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Structured and meticulous
  • Good collaboration skills and service orientation

Meritorious

  • Experience with business or case management systems
  • Previous work in an office environment
  • Knowledge of English
